Designed to give people travelling from around Australia or from New Zealand the most out of their time in Sydney, the complete package includes the Thursday Evening Lecture, the two-day Weekend Conference, and entry to the Raw Cacao Dance Party on the Saturday night. Lunchboxes for the two days of the conference are an optional extra.

Sydney Event Information
Randwick is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Sydney Airport, and only 15 minutes from the CBD.
There are a number of convenient ways to get to Royal Randwick whether it be by public transport, car, taxi, private coach, mini bus, limousine or helicopter.

Traveling to Royal Randwick:
Buses to Royal Randwick Racecourse depart Central Station from Eddy Avenue.
Bus Routes to Alison Road include: 372, 374, 339 and 376.
Traveling from Royal Randwick to Central:
Buses from Royal Randwick to Central Station depart from Alison Road Randwick (near Darley Street).
Pedestrian Access
Pedestrians may enter the racecourse via Gate 1 (Alison Road, Main Drive), the new Gate 5 (Alison Road/Darley Street, Entrance Plaza) this replaces Gate 6 (Alison Road, 2000mtr Mark) which is now closed, Gate 19 (Carlton Street off Doncaster Ave) and Bowral Lane. Pedestrians are NOT to be allowed entry through any other gate. (Last updated Nov 2009)
Public Car Parking
Car parking is complimentary and available at the infield car park, entry off High Street. (Across the road from University of New South Wales).
Disabled Parking
All disabled parking is available on the infield. A buggy service will operate through the tunnel to bring you from the parking area to the turnstiles and back.
