Byron Bay

At Inspya Yoga in Byron Bay, Bruce’s training will run from 11.00am to 4.00pm and will feature highlights from the Raw Spirit Festival and the Kitchen at David Wolfe’s Retreats: Elegant Ginger-Miso Nori Rolls, Sensational Shiskebab with Cacao-Goji Barbeque Sauce, Thai Coconut Curry Soup, Hemp-Spirulina Gomasio-topped Salad and Chocolate Ganache Pie.  David Wolfe will be a special guest joining us for lunch and will be available for book signings during the day.

Byron Bay – Matt Sameulson – Guest Celebrity Chef!

Through a series of amazing synchronicities, Matt Sameulson, celebrity raw gourmet chef and Head Chef at California’s Living Light Culinary Arts Institute is in Australia and has joined David and Bruce on part of the David Wolfe Australian Tour. 

Because so many people missed out on Bruce’s Chef Training at Inspya Yoga in Byron Bay, Matt has offered to step in and will be doing a Gourmet Dessert Chef Training on Sunday 21st February at Inspya, from 11.00am – 4.00pm.  Having catered at raw food events and retreats around the world – a day with Matt is not to be missed!

“Samudra” Dunsborough, WA

At Samudra in Dunsborough we will be having a Mexican Fiesta in the Raw with Renowned Chef Bruce Horowitz.  Bruce will teach how to make an American favourite: Mexican Food! 

We will construct (and eat) a Raw Burrito layered with the following luscious items: ‘Never Fried No Beans’ Pate, Sensational Seasonal Fruit Salsa, Holy Guacamole, AND Marvelous Macadamia Nut ‘Sour Cream’ — served on a delicious Collard ‘Tortilla’! YUM! Followed by a Mexican Cacao-Spice Pudding for Dessert. DOUBLE YUM!
