After the incredible success of his 2010 & 2011 Australian Tours, David is back in May/June 2013 with an even bigger schedule of events, including a full weekend event in Sydney, a rocking Raw Cacao party in Melbourne, and a Kakadu Retreat which is set to be an incredible adventure with plenty of one-on-one time with David for all retreat guests.

Every event held on the previous tours were sold out; bringing together 350 – 450 like-minded, enthusiastic attendees at each three hour lecture, who eagerly absorbed the information shared, and were keen to find suppliers of the superfoods, supplements, raw foods and herbs that David spoke about during the events. David will be bringing some of his own products to the events, however there is definitely room for local businesses to promote their products.

For the 2013 Tour, we would like to open up the events to local sponsors, who will be able to support the attendees with excellent quality products on an ongoing basis after the tour is over.  Becoming a sponsor is a fantastic opportunity to be associated with one of the world leaders in the industry and get your products in front of your target market.

All applications for sponsorship will be reviewed prior to acceptance, and a list of products that you propose selling at the events will need to be supplied so that we can ensure no overlap or competing products, giving you the best opportunity to maximise your sales at the events. For the Sydney event we will have up to 15 sponsers plus raw food stalls, and for the rest of the tour we will limit the number of sponsors to 6 – 8; again to maximise your exposure.

Please note that the Brisbane and Melbourne event venues do not allow food to be sold and consumed on-site. Packaged superfood powders and wholefoods are able to be sold, but no pre-packaged snacks or food items that can be consumed.

All sponsors will have their logo, website details and banner ads rotated on the David Wolfe Australian Tour website, and will be promoted on Facebook, and on an email to all attendees, following the tour.

Sponsor Requirements (table at events):

1)     All sponsors must select the events they are requesting to take a table at (1 trestle table only or a 3 x 2 booth in Sydney), and pay for the tables at the time of their sponsorship application being accepted.

2)     All sponsors are responsible for transporting their product to the venue, setting up their tables, selling their product, and collecting the money.  Sponsors receive two complimentary tickets to the events sponsored to manage their table, and are also responsible for their travel costs, food and accommodation in regards to the attendance of the events.

3)     All sponsors are required to promote the David Wolfe Australian Tour 2013 via email marketing to their database, via banner ads on their website, by promotion via Facebook and other social networking avenues, and via the distribution of provided printed flyers to customers and in local businesses where appropriate.

4)     For all the events, we request that sponsors provide marketing material for their business at their booth or table, ideally with some kind of discount or offer for attendees.

Ticket Sales:

All sponsors receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event – these are for the two people manning your table.

All David Wolfe Tour ticket sales are made online at the one central website davidwolfeaustraliantour.com which makes it very easy – you don’t have to handle money, take bookings or phone calls, or issue tickets – it is all done through the one centralised website.

Your customers will appreciate being alerted to the fact that an exceptional speaker is in Australia talking on subjects that are of interest to them, and you receive two complimentary tickets to the events, for your support.

Publicity:

To promote the tour we have publicist Justine McKell, who has many radio, television and media contacts.  We are working on having David interviewed on morning television, as well as obtaining radio appearances and generating numerous newspaper articles.

The tour is going to be very well publicised and your association with the tour will be of great advantage to your business and future growth in the industry.
